Analog IC Design Lab Report

2026 · MSc coursework

Four lab exercises for my Analog IC Design course — CMOS current mirrors, an OTA redesigned to a gain/bandwidth/offset spec, that same amplifier stabilized from a marginal 25° to 68.5° of phase margin inside a capacitive-feedback loop, and a band-gap reference tuned flat to within 0.09% of target over temperature. Each hand-calculated first, then verified in simulation.

Electric Arc Furnace: Synthesis from Voltage, Current and Pressure

2024 · Bachelor's thesis @ SMS Group

Bachelor's thesis project developed at SMS Group. Wrote a MATLAB-based algorithm to detect electrode breakage in electric arc furnaces by analyzing current, voltage, and pressure signals. Processed data collected by transducers and sensors installed on furnaces at client sites worldwide, using the company's internal software for data handling.

Mountain Trails Map

Since 2022 · Personal project

    The dataset is my own hiking log: every peak, lake and rifugio I've reached since 2022, mostly in the Julian and Carnic Alps that start an hour from where I grew up. What began as a few summer walks turned into something I keep track of properly, so I built the map it deserved — a single-page Leaflet app, no framework behind it. The sidebar searches and filters 100+ locations by type, range, and elevation or date, and the map and list views stay in sync with whatever is filtered. Adding a summit is one entry in a plain JS file — the markers on this preview are plotted straight from it.

    About Me

    I'm an enterprising person who loves discovering new things every day. I'm currently completing my Master's in Electronic Engineering at the University of Padova, specializing in integrated circuits, building on the foundation from my Bachelor's degree at the University of Udine. I've decided to pursue this specialization and turn it into a career — my goal is to become an integrated circuit designer. I'm also increasingly drawn to AI, coding, and web development: I think it's essential to keep up with how technology is evolving, and these are becoming part of how circuit design itself gets done too.

    Outside of engineering, I enjoy spending time in the mountains, going to the gym, and running.
